Stupid Coworkers

I work with “her”. You all know who “her” is right? She is the overly happy bitch to be at work. She is the one who believes that no one is doing as well or could be as happy as they possibly make out to be. For example an ambulance came to our facility about a month ago for another coworker and of course “she ” talked shit afterwards, saying the woman is not as sick as she makes out to be. She also does not believe that my family lives in a humble duplex she believes that because I am 27 with 3 kids and a husband and a rose tattoo on my hand that I am a welfare thug who really lives at home w / family members. What a stupid wench, I take the bus to work because I don’t have a car is she f*****g retarded? I hate these types. Any of you know of “her” at your work?

I was fired because my boss made up lies which HR believed to be true depite my previous boss’ glowing performance reviews. HR couldnt fathom how this could happen but still believed it. Goo figure. I guess they were required to have some sort of built-in leap of faith mechanism and it also helps to not care, not listen and a lot of other not’s.

The new boss was in charge for less than 3/4’s of a year. During that time, support statistics for our department were no longer being distributed, even to us. This new boss managed the department like he managed his life. Anything that created work was something to be avoided at all costs. Complaints about the level of support being provided steadily increased. And you wonder why…

My Boss likes to preach that she doesn’t “micro manage”. This is her was of saying, I approve time off and talk on the phone all day.

I took a salaried job which means u can work 35 hours, 40 hours, or 60 hours, but get paid for 40 regardless. (for those of u lucky enough not to know). I was told that this was a few extra hours a week during our busy times. turns out it is a MANDATORY 12 hours a week. It comes with the territory, but the bad part is that u NEVER get to work under 40 hours because she makes you make up any time missed.

Stupid Roommates

I have been living with my roomate for almost a year now. The last month has been hell. I dont have a job to pay rent, but I do work. For her that is. She will go to work at BlockBuster in a cool air conditioned place while I am mowing the lawn or cleaning the shrubs on the side of the house as part of her chore list. When she gets home she sits in the recliner and changes the channel without even asking me if I was watching tv or not. I am really hating her right now. On her days off she just puts me to work and watches me do it. In the kitchen she will make a big meal for herself and then tell me to clean it up. Pig she is! Her room and closet are filthy and who gets to clean it up…..ME! You would think she would help me out and maybe talk to her manager about getting me a job or soemthing. I dont know how much longer I can be her assistant.
