My GM hired a very inexperienced guy to work our theater. She told him (friend of hers) that he would be our next Assistant manager. There’s dozens of qualified people that got passed over so her “friend” could move up the ladder in a few short months and that’s not even mentioning the illegal conflict of interest going on there.
