Wow, where do I start? My Pizza Boss is the ultimate scumbag micro-manager. This guy is so sad he never stays in one job for any length of time because if he did, the owners would figure out he permeates with poor performance. How does this guy survive? From what I am told, he has a buddy from international that’s in Ann Arbor and they wipe each other’s ass. He always talks about no buddy system allowed in the company, what a crock from the main buddy system sucker I have ever seen. You hear about micro-managers all the time, but he is the worst of the worst. This guy has no trust in any person whatsoever that they can do their job properly, he literally thinks he is the only one who can do the job…..which is unbelievably ironic when he fails miserably in most everything he touches.
